Wow, what unbelievable support service I received from Rachel when I encountered a problem with the finish of my lanyard metal surfaces. She explained that the black hardware on my black land yard did not include a special coating so when the metal parts rubbed together it scratched off. She immediately offered that I could replace with another color whose hardware came with a special coating that would not result in the same issue. As I was traveling I asked to hold off sending a new lanyard until I returned home. I followed up and days later the new lanyard arrived. So pleased. Would buy again in a heartbeat.
