All product prices listed are exclusive of applicable shipping charges, sales and use tax, and other taxes or fees, which will be charged separately at the applicable rate. Prices may change at any time, but changes shall not affect orders for which we have already sent an order confirmation email. All amounts are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted.

Title to purchased items transfers to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided. Claims for loss or damage during transit must be reported to our Customer Service at glass@torraslife.com within thirty (30) days of the date you received, or should have received, the items.

If we determine a claim is valid, we will, at our sole discretion, either (a) replace the item at no additional cost, or (b) refund the purchase price and associated shipping costs.

Sales and use tax is collected as mandated by applicable U.S. state laws where we have a tax nexus. The final tax amount is calculated and applied at checkout based on your shipping address. Sales tax is refundable in the event of a qualifying return.

Customers in Colorado: A Retail Delivery Fee of $0.29 per order (subject to annual adjustment) will be applied to all orders delivered to Colorado addresses. This fee is non-refundable except in the case of full order cancellation before shipment.

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through glass.torraslife.com. These items may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange strictly in accordance with our Return Policy.

While we strive to display product colors and images as accurately as possible, we cannot guarantee that your device's display will perfectly reflect the actual colors of our products.

We reserve the right to limit quantities of any product or discontinue any product or service at any time without prior notice. Any offer made on this site is void where prohibited by law.

We reserve the right to refuse any order at our sole discretion. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. Such restrictions may apply to orders placed under the same customer account, credit card, or orders using identical billing or shipping addresses. If an order is modified or canceled, we will attempt to notify you via the email, billing address, or phone number provided at the time of purchase.

We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

You may terminate these Terms at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you cease using our site.
