This warranty applies to products purchased directly through glass.torraslife.com by the original purchaser. Valid proof of purchase is required to initiate any warranty claim.

Warranty starts from the date the product is purchased by the original purchaser, as confirmed by order confirmation email records or order information on file.

How Long Is My Warranty?

glass.torraslife.com exclusively sells screen protectors for phones and mobile devices. All products carry the following warranty coverage.

How to File a Warranty Claim

  • All warranty claims for glass.torraslife.com are handled through a single contact point — glass@torraslife.com. Follow these steps to submit your claim:
  • Contact us at glass@torraslife.com within the 365-day warranty period. Claims submitted after the warranty period expires will not be eligible.
  • Provide your proof of purchase — your glass.torraslife.com order number or order confirmation email. This is required to verify your purchase and start date.
  • Describe the issue clearly. Tell us what the defect is, when you noticed it, and under what conditions it occurred.
  • Attach photos or videos that clearly show the quality issue. Visual evidence helps us review your claim accurately and quickly.
  • Our team will respond within 24 business hours with a determination and next steps. If your claim is approved, we will make it right.

Warranty Disclaimer

TORRAS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use or misuse of any product purchased through glass.torraslife.com. Our liability under this warranty shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product in question.

This warranty applies exclusively to products purchased directly through glass.torraslife.com. Purchases made through third-party retailers, resellers, or unauthorized channels are not covered by this warranty.

Frequently Asked Questions

My screen protector cracked within the warranty period. Is it covered?

It depends on the cause. If the crack resulted from a manufacturing defect or quality issue— such as a structural weakness present from the time of delivery — it is likely covered under our 365-day warranty. If the crack was caused by a drop, impact, applied force, or user error during installation, this is considered non-quality human damage and would not be covered. When in doubt, email glass@torraslife.com with a photo of the crack and a description of how it happened. We review every case on its merits.

I lost my order confirmation email. Can I still file a warranty claim?

  • Contact us at glass@torraslife.com with as much information as you have — the email address used to place the order, the approximate date of purchase, and any other details you recall. We'll do our best to look up your order in our system. While valid proof of purchase is required, we understand that emails get lost, and we'll try to work with you to verify your purchase another way.

Does the warranty transfer if I give the product to someone else?

No. This warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser of the product. It is non-transferable. If a product is gifted or sold to a second party, the warranty coverage does not carry over to the new owner. Only the person who purchased the product directly from glass.torraslife.com may file a warranty claim.

What if my phone model changes but I have an unused screen protector?

The warranty applies to product quality issues — it does not cover product compatibility with a new device. If you upgrade your phone and your purchased screen protector no longer fits, this falls outside warranty scope, as the protector was manufactured for a specific device model.
