FAQ

Questions, answered.

It includes 2 slim phone tabs. You slide a tab between your phone and a full-coverage case (or through the charging-port slot), then clip the wrist strap to the tab — a secure hold with nothing stuck to your screen.

Yes. A freely detachable connector lets you unclip in a second, so you can switch between hands-free wrist carry and instant phone use without unwinding anything.

Yes — an octagonal buckle slides to adjust the loop to any wrist size, snug enough to stay put or loose enough to slip on and off easily.

The 7mm braided rope has reinforced stress points and clips that support up to 11 lb (5 kg), so your phone stays safely tethered even if it slips from your hand.

The rope is stain-resistant braided polyester that stays soft and resists wear, and the hardware is high-density zinc alloy with a scratch-resistant, rust-proof metal pendant built to last.

It's universal — iPhone (including iPhone 17 Pro and 17 Pro Max), Samsung Galaxy and most smartphones, used with a full-coverage case (not designed for half-coverage cases).

It comes in four colors — Moss Green, Black, Baby Blue and Violet Purple. Each order includes the wrist strap and 2 phone tabs.

It's backed by a 365-day warranty and 30-day free returns, with a real person replying within 24 hours.

Comprato per regalarlo! Ottimo prodotto, resistente, però dopo un po si staccava il cellulare e per evitare che cadesse l’ho incollato con la colla !

At first I really liked this strap. Loved the colour and the length. Its now broken, I had my phone around my wrist as I use a crutch and I put my phone onto my wrist as i was walking to my car. My phone fell onto the path as the clasp that attaches to the phone broke for no reason. Very poor quality. Wouldn’t recommend it
