This charger works great. The magnet on it is strong. There are little lights on the front as it is charging that let you know how much charge it holds. Then when you flip it over, it snaps right to the back of an iphone that has a cover with the magnetic ring on it (which is most of them nowadays). It comes with a charging cable and is easy to set up. And best of all, the ring on the backside flips down so you have a stand for your iphone! I love this! It can support your iphone in four different ways. The iphone can charge standing up or lying down. So you can charge this while you are using it to Facetime! It is very portable, weighing 7 ounces and magnetically connects with my iphone. There is no slippage and using it as a stand is very sturdy. It appears to be well made. It is wonderful to have a power backup for when I am traveling and my regular iphone battery runs low. I have an iphone 17 and it fits perfectly, but the size is smaller than my iphone 17 which adds to it's portability. It is not as quick as plugging in my iphone to recharge it, but as a back up it can really help. To charge it, you can plug it into your laptop or into any USB-C port. This battery pack works really well and has quickly become something I use daily.
